saying you will remove, delete and deactivate the book per our instructions and deliver the deactivation
code to us.

Include the type of refund you want:

electronic refund less 15%
tracking, handling and deactivation charge.
Allow up to 7 business days for
processing deactivation and refunds. All refunds are electronic.
Photo ID may be required prior to issuing refunds.
